About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Pup-kin online store and purchases made through it. In these terms, “Pup-kin,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating this store. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the platform used to offer our products and process orders.

Using our store

You must be legally able to make a purchase under the laws that apply to you, or act with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Use the store lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or upload harmful content. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and for keeping any account credentials secure.

Products, prices, and promotions

Product descriptions, prices, availability, and any promotional conditions are displayed on the store. Please review the product details before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty or does not match its description.

The currency, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and order total are shown at checkout before you place your order. Any promotion applies only under the conditions displayed with that offer. Changes to prices or offers apply to future orders and do not increase the price of an order already accepted.

Orders and payment

Placing an order authorizes the charge shown at checkout using your selected payment method. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Fulfillment remains subject to product availability, payment verification, and the rights and obligations that apply under law.

If we cannot fulfill an order, detect suspected fraud, or identify a material error affecting it, we will contact you as appropriate. We will not substitute a different product or increase an agreed charge without your consent. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue the applicable refund, including shipping charges when the entire unshipped order is canceled.

Shipping, changes, and returns

Review the delivery information and any return or refund terms presented with your order. Delivery estimates can vary by destination and shipping option. If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated when you ordered, we will notify you and offer the choice of agreeing to a revised shipping date or canceling the affected unshipped items for a prompt refund.

For an address correction or cancellation request, contact us as soon as possible. A request may not be possible once an order is being fulfilled or has shipped. This does not affect any cancellation or other rights you have under applicable law. Contact us if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty so we can help resolve the issue.

Product care

Follow the care and use instructions supplied with your product. Handle glass items carefully and discontinue use if an item is cracked or damaged. Product information does not replace any safety instructions supplied with the item.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you interact with the store.

Website content and third-party services

Store text, images, branding, and other content are protected by the rights of their respective owners.
